Simple and nice stay

Breakfast was really good and the room was nice in relation to the price. The hotel was really comfortable and quiet during the night so it was easy to get rest.

The bunk bed was not as comfortable as we thought it would be.

Nothing special, but not too bad

Standard ibis hotel, nothing special, but also nothing too bad. Room was nicely clean and had a private bathroom.

We paid for a room for three people, and came to a room ready for two people. No third towel, third bed didn't even have sheets put back on, and instead of an actual duvet, I had a simple, separate, thin blanket and one more extra, plain sheet. Survivable, but a bit of a disappointment when you pay the standard price for three people.

Everything was normal.

Everything was normal. The staff is friendly and polite. Relatively close to the subway, there are shops nearby. The room is clean, towels are changed every day. Warm enough, comfortable.

There are no low-quality doors to the toilet (a large enough gap between the floor and the doors). Bed linen needs changing. It was clear that it was clean and looked after, it had not been white for a long time.

The room had all the essentials and was very close by to the metro station, perfect to move around easily. The supermarket on the side was a convenient plus!

Good value, good location, friendly

The room was simple but had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and bigger than I expected it to be. There was a decent selection for breakfast. The hotel is close to 2 metro stops, as well as lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming on arrival. There is a large supermarket under the hotel which is very handy.

The shower door is frosted glass in the room so probably wouldn’t suit everyone but we travelled as a couple so it didn’t matter. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception if you leave photo ID. Not much storage in the room but it had a bunk bed above the double bed so we used it as a big shelf!

The staff was very polite and helpful and fun. The room was warm all day, and the bed was very soft . Also the bathroom was very clean. ️

The floor was a little sticky. Also, the price of the room I booked was supposed to be 246 cash for 3 nights without breakfast, but when I went to check in they charged me 256. I didn't notice while I was there that's why I didn't ask . It's not about the 10 euros, I just don't understand why. Also they could put mini fridges in the room, even if they let them empty for the guests to use them if they want.

Good value for money would stay again

Location good for metro so easy to get into Paris. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Continental breakfast but plenty to choose from. Room basic but clean and adequate for a place to sleep. Beds comfortable but pillows not great.

Needed to ask for towel each day as 3 of us stayed and only 2 towels provided. Asked for extra pillows twice but didn’t receive them.

The staff we’re friendly and helpful. also the location we’re good, near to a supermarket, a metro and couple of local bistros.

The breakfast was a disaster. Should not be mentioned in their offer. Low quality and never enough. Only croissant, butter and coffee; No vegetable.Worst breakfast of all Ibis Budget I have gone so far.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly, workers at the reception spoke English. The hotel is close to metro stations

I didn't feel very comfortable in the area on Friday night as a solo female. There were lots of people and nothing bad would happen but the atmosphere was somehow a bit uncomfortable with some guys drinking on the street and catcalling, or other drunken/weird people approaching me. At the same time there were lots of families and young people nearby, so I guess it is safe but just unpleasant

No frills, but pleasant and affordable

It was much less expensive than many other options in Paris and still close enough to metro stations to navigate to all of the major attractions. It wasn’t fancy, but had everything you need for a nice place to sleep. I appreciated how they turned down the beds and provided new towels every day. The elevator was also a huge bonus with all of our luggage. The storage lockers that you could use for luggage after checkout were also very handy.

The rooms were small, but I think that’s to be expected. Our shuttle driver told us the neighbourhood is apparently a bit unsafe than other areas in Paris, but I didn’t feel all that unsafe when walking in the area with my family. The cafe and bodega staff that were near the hotel were all quite friendly with us.

Well located. Is a 20 minutes walking distance from Gare de l’ Est. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets closeby. The Jaures metro station is closeby to take the metro to go to the icons in Paris.
